* Bedroom 2 & 3: 1 set single bed with a bedsheet, fan.

* Bedroom 4: 1 set queen bed with a bedsheet, wardrobe, fan.

3. Kitchen: Refrigerator, kitchenette, utensils, kettle and gas stove provided.

1) Drinking of alcohol(all types of alcohol) is strongly prohibited. 2) No pork allowed. Only HALAL food allowed for kitchen uses. 3) No outside slippers/shoes allowed in the house. 4) No pets allowed, as owner allergic to furry animals. 5) Please keep the house clean all the time. 6) Extra charges will be taken if anything's missing or broken in the house.
