Dear Leoson,

Thank you for taking time to review but we truly appreciate fairness and justice in reviewing.

We truly regret the unforeseen circumstances that not only you but all the highlanders and visitors experienced during that period. Nevertheless we have ensured that assistance was provided with due respect.

Earlier on, we have called you up regarding this situation that Cameron Highlands was facing where there was a shortage of water supply on the day you visited.

We have tried our best to pass this message and informed you about it. If it did not meet up your expectations, we advised you to cancel your booking but your response was very positive that you were alright with the issue and you were willing to travel. (But at the end you have killed us by giving us a very² low mark review and didn't give us a chance to reply to your review in Booking.com 😓😑)

We have called JPA Brinchang on that day. According to JPA crew Brinchang, Cik Siti, there was a power breakdown. Therefore, water supply pressure affected most of the areas from Tanah Rata to Brinchang. Please be noted that there was no advance notice regarding this breakdown.

We have tried our biggest help to assist you during your stay. We have put our best effort to serve you with drinking water and ration water at your doorstep since you have checked in at 4pm until 11pm that night.

Room condition, hygiene, facilities (except for the water supply), we are sure we served you the best.

Lastly, you're no longer welcome since you are the people who don't know how to be grateful ⛔⛔⛔🈲🈲🈲

Ramai org tanya Cameron Highlands ada banjir keh? Tiap² hari hujan lebat? Safe utk bercuti? Ada tanah runtuh tak?

Utk menjawab soalan² di atas, kami ingin share video dan gambar² yg kami ambil pagi tadi. Utk maklumat semua, so far cuaca di Cameron Highlands bbrp hari ini sgt baik dan kadang-kala ada hujan renyai pada waktu petang saja.

Kes banjir lumpur yg berlaku di Kg. Baru, Kg Raja berpunca daripada kerja tanah di atas bukit yg terletak berdekatan dgn kampung tersebut. Walau bagaimana pun, kawasan banjir ni terletak jauh daripada jalan utama Tapah - Cameron Highlands. Jadi, para pelancong tidak akan ada masalah utk naik ke Cameron Highlands.
