Our Story

Al Safer Travel & Tours was founded in 2010 and is registered as a tourism company in Penang. The word "Al Safer" comes from an Arabic word meaning "Ambassador". It was chosen as the company's concept, your "travel ambassador" throughout the world. We are committed to achieving our goals through the ability to provide great ideas and ensure the quality of services offered.

Starting with a team of three staff, we provide in-bound services covering the Penang and Langkawi areas for tourists who are mostly from the Middle East. Then in mid-2012, with full license from Tourism Malaysia we opened another office in Batu Ferringhi, Penang. As the company expands, out-bound services are introduced in our product lines. The first outing was made in 2013 to Beijing. Since then the company has grown and gained popularity among clients.

2015 was one of our best years when we opened a branch at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) which provides in-bound travel services to foreigners visiting Malaysia. We realize that to grow our company, we must be at the "center". Therefore, we decided to move our headquarters from Penang to Cyberjaya, Selangor. In this new environment, we provide various services to our clients with various needs. To meet clients' needs, we introduce special customized travel packages. Until now, we continue to conduct research and development to improve our business.
