TDA paid a visit to Global Rail to explore their success stories and milestones achieved under Industrial Collaboration Program (ICP).
We had a chat with Mr Chong Kah Kiat, APG/PSD Assistant Manager of Global Rail to better understand their function in the Technology Transfer Program. In addition to that, we also asked about their initiatives on the Human Capital Development Program in collaboration with local institutions such as UTHM & KKTM. The visit also serves the purpose of discerning the local production of Automatic Platform Gate(APG) and Platform Screen Door(PSD) supplied by Shenzen Fangda Automatic System Co. Ltd. (China).
TDA continues to monitor the implementation of ICP which supports the development of knowledge-based economy in Malaysia. Our gratitude to Global Rail for their contribution to this initiative.

Dr. Sharoul Jambari, the CEO of TDA told Berita RTM after his session on Selamat Pagi Malaysia last Saturday, discussing the role of ICP in the 12th Malaysia Plan and what are the strategies that TDA is going to take in order to support local economic growth, technological advancement, and industry development.

TDA is going to Malaysia International Tech Summit (MITS) 2021!
In conjunction with EXPO DUBAI 2020, the Kementerian Sains, Teknologi dan Inovasi (MOSTI) and Yayasan Inovasi Malaysia - YIM - Malaysia Innovation Foundation will be hosting MITS 2021 as a platform for industry experts to explore the advancement and application of science, engineering, technology, and innovation, in the pursuit of a sustainable human lifestyle.
Dr. Sharoul Jambari is going to be on the main stage as a panelist discussing 'Social Innovation Development: How Far Can Social Innovation Be The Pillar For Global Digital Economy.'
He will be joining Mrs. Sharmila Mohamed Salleh, Dr. Shariha Khaled of Mission & Co., Malaysia, Dr. Anthony C. Sales of Department of Science & Technology XI, Philippines, Dr. Anamika Dey of Gujarat Innovations Augmentation Network, India on the 5th of October 6.30 pm (Malaysia time). Mr. Amiruddin Abdul Shukor of Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC) will be moderating the session.
