Hello everyone! We want to address a recent incident that took place at our beloved holiday home, Tamu Beradu Dungun.

We've made some changes to our space, including closing off one room for personal use and storing our linen and homestay supplies. This room is clearly marked and mentioned in our house rules as off-limits. Unfortunately, a guest attempted to pry open the locked door, causing damage. 😔 Additionally, the side table and carpet in another part of the house were also damaged.

Most of our guests are wonderful and very appreciative, taking great care of our home. It's heartwarming to see how much love and respect they show for Tamu Beradu. However, we want to emphasize that we do not need guests who vandalize or disrespect our space.

Tamu Beradu is not just a rental property; it's a cherished personal space for our family. We kindly ask everyone to honor our house rules and respect our property and belongings. If you find these rules restrictive, we encourage you to explore other accommodation options that better suit your needs.

Thank you for your understanding and for being a part of the Tamu Beradu family. Let's continue to enjoy and respect this beautiful space together. 💙

✨ Celebrating Aidil Adha at Tamu Beradu! ✨

Our family had the most wonderful time at our cozy villa, Tamu Beradu. We bought this home to have a comfortable place to gather whenever we return to our hometown for Eid celebrations, and it has been the best decision!

The kids and our grandson had a blast enjoying delicious food, swimming at the nearby beach, visiting coffee cafes, and having picnics. There's nothing like the joy of seeing them create beautiful memories in a place we called home.

It was a pleasure hosting a wonderful family from Kuala Lumpur at Tamu Beradu Dungun for 2 nights! They came for a relative's wedding and made the most of their stay by exploring the best of what our location has to offer.

They enjoyed good food at the charming .my which is just 3 minutes away from Tamu Beradu, relaxed on our beautiful beach right in front of our villa, and took a memorable trip to Pasar Payang in Kuala Terengganu, just a 40-minute drive away.

Dear Guest,

We want to make sure that your stay at Tamu Beradu is enjoyable and comfortable. Please take note of the following house rules:

1. The maximum occupancy of Tamu Beradu is 6 adults (no children), or 8 people including children, with a maximum of 6 adults and 2 childrens below 6 years old sharing the same bed as their parents. We do not provide extra mattresses or allow you to exceed the maximum occupancy. If you exceed this number, we reserve the right to refuse check-in without compensation.

2. Privacy First!
Your privacy is important to us.
Our villa has 4 rooms. While we offer three rooms for guests, the fourth room is reserved for our personal use. However, don't fret! It has its own separate entrance and exit, ensuring you have total privacy during your stay.

3. Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time starts at 3 P.M. Early check-ins must be arranged in advance. Please refrain from arriving at the property without prior agreement with the host if you arrive earlier than the designated check-in time. This is to avoid disrupting the duties of the cleaner.
Check out time is before 12 P.M.
Late check-outs will incur a penalty of RM 50 per hour. We have the right to permit the cleaner to enter the house if guests have not checked out after the designated time. Any items not belonging to the house will be removed without prior notice.

4. Smoking, va**ng, alcohol, non-halal food, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the house and its compound. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas outside the property. We kindly request smokers to ensure that they do not discard cigarette butts on the ground.
Violations may result in a fine of RM 200.

5. Upon arrival, you are required to pay a refundable security deposit of RM300 via bank transfer. This will be refunded 24 hrs after check-out, subject to the condition of the property.

6. We do not allow cooking in the house as we do not provide a fully functional kitchen. However, we do provide a microwave oven for your convenience.

7. Durians or any strongly odorous foods, as well as foods that may cause stains such as mangoesteen, red pitaya, or dragonfruit, are strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may enjoy these foods only at the designated outdoor eating area. Additionally, guests are responsible for proper disposal of any related waste.

8. If you wish to use the BBQ facility, please book in advance and pay a small fee of RM100 for utensils rental, charcoal, and cleaning of the hardware.

9. Please help us maintain the cleanliness of our property by properly disposing of trash in the bins provided.

10. Please REMOVE YOUR SHOES upon entering the house.

11. Safety Awareness:
Lock doors when leaving or sleeping. Keep the main entrance closed. Take care of your safety during your stay.

12. Safety: *OUR POOL FACILITY IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE starting 1/3/2024*
Parents must accompany children at all times, especially around the pool. We are not responsible for accidents during your stay. The depth of our pool is 4 feet, and we do not provide floaters for guests. Please make sure you have appropriate floats for your children.

13. OUR POOL FACILITY IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Please wear suitable swimming attire during your time at the pool. Do not wear cotton clothing.

14. Energy Conservation:
Please save energy by switching off unused air conditioners, fans, and lights.

15. Please avoid washing off the sand in the toilet once you return from the beach, as it may cause the drain to become clogged. We have an outdoor shower and hose available for this purpose.

For Muslim guests:
The management reserves the right to request to see your marriage certificate. Unmarried Muslim couples will not be allowed to check-in at our guesthouse.

For non-Muslim guests:
We welcome everyone at our guesthouse. However, we strictly prohibit non-halal food, alcoholic drinks, and illegal substances inside the guesthouse and its compound due to our Muslim faith.

Please note that we provide toilet paper, however we highly recommend using the water bidet for improved cleanliness. Furthermore, we have a requirement for guests to wash their feet with water after using the toilet.

Hey everyone! As we strive to improve and make our space even more welcoming, we're entering a renovation phase here at Tamu Beradu. To facilitate this, we’re making a slight adjustment: our Airbnb will now offer 3 guest rooms instead of 4.

The fourth room will serve as a storage and co-living space for our personal items during the renovations. I'll also be onsite staying in the room, but don’t worry about privacy! 🚪🔑 My room has a separate entrance, ensuring that your stay will be as private and undisturbed as ever.

🛑 Important: We want to assure you that all renovations will pause during your stay, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted experience. 🌿

Selamat ke nak datang healing2 time musim tengkujuh ni? Haaa ni soalan biasa yg kami terima bila guest nak booking sekarang ni. Ok, actually cuaca sepanjang musim tengkujuh ni best! Kenapa best? Sebab kita tak dpt same experience kalau bukan menetap di negeri2 di Pantai Timur, so its an interesting experience. Cumanya untuk aktiviti diluar memang agak terbatas. Ramai juga yg tanya, tak banjir ke? Ok, untuk kawasan bandar Dungun dan Tamu Beradu memang tak banjir lah. Ada la air atas jalan tu, tp nothing serious so far. Cuma perjalanan ke Dungun tu sajalah kena pastikan tidak banjir. Kalau tidak nanti tersangkutlah di Dungun. Jadi siapa yg adventurous nk tengok org main surfing, nak tengok ombak besar, nak experience hujan berhari2, bolehlah rancang percutian musim bah ni. The weather in Dungun seems to be bright and sunny on most days. November has been quiet for Tamu Beradu. For us it was somehow a blessing as our housekeeper Scha had a miscarriage earlier this month. We are sad and praying for her speedy recovery. Luckily bookings were slow, as many anticipated or worried of bad floods like last year, not to forget the election and also people did not travel as mostly are saving for year end holidays. So, it was the right time for our housekeeper Scha to rest and we also managed to make some improvements on the house. So far the weather forecasts are showing brighter and sunny days more than the rains. We started to receive many enquiries for school holidays and year end dates in December. We anticipated December will be a busy month again. Book your dates earlier to avoid disappointment. 👇View of Tamu Beradu. We are beach fronting, near to the main road, near Uitm, near Dungun town, there are many nearby eateries, everything is within reach! Tamu Beradu - not the ordinary homestay!
