As part of efforts to enhance efficiency and professionalism in managing Tamu Beradu, its owner recently attended the Hotel/Resort Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development Course organized by MARA Terengganu.
As the owner of Tamu Beradu, a private beachfront villa offering a serene and exclusive stay, attending this course was a strategic step toward streamlining daily operations, bookings, guest experiences, and property maintenance. Having clear SOPs not only ensures smooth operations but also simplifies workforce management, enhances cleanliness standards, and optimizes guest experiences.

After months of monsoon rains, we're finally starting to see blue skies peek through. The stormy season is gradually making way for sunnier days, and we’ve been hard at work preparing Tamu Beradu for its reopening. The stormy days left us with a serious need for deep cleaning and scrubbing, but we’re glad to say the villa is now spotless and ready to shine!

Yesterday, we cleaned the villa inside and out, trimmed the garden trees, and gave the place a fresh, welcoming vibe.

We're thrilled to announce that Tamu Beradu will reopen just in time for the upcoming school holiday!

❌ No vandalisme!!!

Hello everyone! We want to address a recent incident that took place at our beloved holiday home, Tamu Beradu Dungun.

We've made some changes to our space, including closing off one room for personal use and storing our linen and homestay supplies. This room is clearly marked and mentioned in our house rules as off-limits. Unfortunately, a guest attempted to pry open the locked door, causing damage. 😔 Additionally, the side table and carpet in another part of the house were also damaged.

Most of our guests are wonderful and very appreciative, taking great care of our home. It's heartwarming to see how much love and respect they show for Tamu Beradu. However, we want to emphasize that we do not need guests who vandalize or disrespect our space.

Tamu Beradu is not just a rental property; it's a cherished personal space for our family. We kindly ask everyone to honor our house rules and respect our property and belongings. If you find these rules restrictive, we encourage you to explore other accommodation options that better suit your needs.

Thank you for your understanding and for being a part of the Tamu Beradu family. Let's continue to enjoy and respect this beautiful space together. 💙
