Rumah is 4 beautifully refurbished heritage terrace residential units consists of 2 units at the ground floor facing Lorong Carnarvon and 2 units at the first floor entrance facing Lorong Lumut. We will be listing these 4 units for holiday rentals soon.
2 units at the ground floor are identical, consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with open concept kitchen, dining area and a washing yard area. The highlight of these 2 units are having a private dipping pool in each unit for your enjoyment after traveling around our beautiful George Town UNESCO Heritage Core Zone. These units can comfortably accommodate 5 adults each.
2 units at the first floor are identical as well, except one comes with 3 bedrooms and the other with 2 bedrooms. They both comes with 2 bathrooms, living room with dining area, an open concept kitchen. The highlight of these 2 units are the balcony facing Graffiti Street where you can relax and enjoy the evening and morning before and after your day exploring our beautiful George Town UNESCO Heritage Core Zone. The 3 bedroom units can accommodate 7 adults and the 2 bedroom can accommodate 6 adults comfortably.
All bedrooms are Air-conditioned. Bathrooms are installed with instant water heater shower. Living and dining area are provided with electric fan. Other amenities including, Microwave oven, Smart TV, water filter, hair dryer, induction cooking range, electric kettle, refrigerator, iron, ironing board and washing machine.
