He started off as a cobbler and later opened his own shoe shop. Business was good then but there were not many shoe factory to cater to this. From then on, there's no looking back as the business roars and the company was incorporated as NGEE MING SHOE MANUFACTURERS SDN. BHD., specialized in making leather shoes for its own retailer and overseas clients. To-date the products is distributed to more

than 300 outlets in Malaysia and agencies all over the world. Presently, the company is headed by our managing director, Mr Fong Lee Thiam with more than 20 years experience in shoe manufacturing and assisting him is the marketing director, Miss Lisa Fong Lai Heong. Under the leadership of the two, the company has developed a complete range of undustrial safety shoes complying with international Standard for Safety Footwear suitable for various working conditions. Functionality is the basis when selecting a pair of safety shoes. How a boot/shoe will be worn and the environment it will be required to perform in are key facyors in choosing the right pair. That's why Oscar Safety Shoes have many range to cater every working environment.
