Recently, there was a scam case involved our homestay namely Aurora Homestay @ Johor Bahru whereby the guest booked the homestay with the payment from someone else. Ended up got cheated.

We need to remind all the guests that you should communicate via our official hotline (whatsapp) 012-7018538 in dealing with the homestay transactions.

All the payment should be paid to M/S Aurora Home Management. You will receive an official receipt for every payment made.

Should you need any further clarification, please do not hesitate to WhatsApp to 012-7018538 or email to [email protected].

Enclosed is the Police report lodged by the victim for your attention.

How to book homestay from Kakicuti website ?
1. Just go to https://kakicuti.com.my then look for "Start Booking" button
2. Key in your destination to "Where to go" column
3. Key in check in date at "Arrive" and check out date at "Depart"
4. Put in number of Guest - Adult or Child
5. Then press "Search" button to find the homestay

Hi guest, the government has issued the Movement Control Order with effective from 18th Mac to 31st Mac to restrict the movement of residents.

Thus, we advised that not to travel around OR "Balik Kampung", because it will further increase the possibility of Covid-19 to spread in more faster manner.

Just stay at home and reduce the unnecessary movement.

Hope we can weather thru this hard time.

(Note : we have apply flexi cancellation term to all the bookings made before 18th Mac 2020. Fully refund to all the booking cancelled by the guests due to the current circumstance, hope it will alleviate your financial losses).
