Notes / Terms
1. ROOM - MYR50, WHOLE HOUSE - MYR120 per hour will be charge for this event.

UNDERSTAND & AGREE
• With make payment for deposit or full payment, hereby you are understanding and accepted with our Terms and Conditions.
• Please refer to complete our Terms and Conditions at our website prior to making a booking.

2. BOOKING
• Reservations will only be confirmed with deposit payment (50%) or “full payment”.
• Reservations will be release automatically if payment is not receiv

ed by the house.

3. CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT
• They shall be no refund for any cancellation of reservation.
• No refunds or credit will be issued for no shows or non-utilized confirmed room nights.
• No postponement is allowed once the reservation has been made
• Changes or transfer-ability of confirmed booking names are not permitted.

4. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
• Check-in after 15.00PM
• Check-out before 11.00AM
• Early check-in and late check-out is subjected to room availability. REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
• A damage deposit of MYR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

6. CHILDREN
• One (1) child below 6 years old stay on complimentary basis provided sharing existing beddings with adults.
• Children 7 and above are considered adults at this property.

7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
• Room occupancy requirements are based on been state in our website.
• MYR 50 per head and per night will be charge for more than numbers of allowed person is staying in room.

8. PETS
• Pets are not allowed

9. COOKING not allowed
• Strictly no cooking and eating inside and front of the room.
• Rental of room not allowed use kitchen.
• Except rental of whole house, after use the kitchenware, please clean up and separate the biodefradable and non biodegradable thrown out of the trash immediately
• MYR150 per night will be charge if you violate this rule.

10. 100% SMOKE-FREE
•For safety and to assure that our comfort to our guests, we do not permit any type of smoking in our facilities area

11. No Party, BBQ , Wedding & Event
• Party ,BBQ, Wedding & Event are not allowed without permission

12. Save Power
• Please Swithch off all the air con/light whenever you leave the house and we encourage all guests to switch off all electrical appliances when not in use

13. Car Parking
• Private parking space for two cars (other cars pls park at behide house or out of security booth)

14. Respect the property and neighbours
• Kindly respect the property and neighbours by keeping noise level down after 11pm

15. PAYMENT
• Bills must be settled upon check-in either by cash or online transfer only.
• Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer to:JIAXIN HOUSE JM0731158-H (Public Bank Berhad : 3205-9978-14)
