Hi There! Greetings from Safiyya Homestay.

Safiyya Homestay is a 2 storey terrace house with build up space of 1400 sqft. Our car porch can fit inside 2 cars and 1 outside. with full air conditioner and all amenities are near less than 10 minutes drive.

Our house located in Taman Mekarsari, Bertam, Pulau Pinang. Easy access to Plaza Toll Bertam.

3 bedrooms with air conditioner and ceiling fan.
2 bedrooms with private bathroom.
1 bedrooms with separate bathroom.

All bathrooms have 2 towel each, with body wash and shampoo. Heater is equipped in 2 bathroom.

A spacious and safe Playroom for kids to play, also equipped with ceiling fan and air conditioner.

Our living room is also equipped with air conditioner, 42 inch television, and Fiber Wi-Fi 30Mbs. We do have Netflix, Youtube, Disney+ and Astro Njoi on board so you can relax and watch movie with your loved ones after a long day.
