Empty Fruit Bunches Pressing & Shredding System

Sawipac’s Pressing and Shredding System is specially designed to shred and press Empty Fruit Bunches for dewatering, size reduction and oil recovery of 0.15% to 0.25%. The shredded fibre can be used for boiler fuel and downstream processes.

Air Separator

Sawipac’s Air Separator is an innovative compact pneumatic separation system for palm oil milling industry. The uniqueness of the two-phase separation system eliminates shell cyclone and kernel loss. The stability of the terminal air velocity of air separator gives precision control where desired result can be achieved easily.

Modules:-

1) Fibre / Nut Separation
- Separates fibre and nuts from pressed cakes fed from the cake
breaker conveyor.

2) Nut / Stone Separation
- Separates nuts and stones from its mixture from polishing drum.

3) Cracked Mixture Separation
