Agnes Keith House

Terletak di atas bukit sepanjang Jalan Istana dan hanyalah 1 km dari pekan Sandakan adalah sebuah rumah yang telah diubah menjadi muzium, Agnes Keith House.

Siapa Agnes Keith ni? Untuk pengetahuan anda, beliau adalah seorang penulis yang terkenal pada zaman Perang Dunia Kedua.

Salah satu buku yang pernah dihasilkannya, “Land Below the Wind” pada tahun 1939 telah menjadikan bukan sahaja dirinya terkenal sehingga ke peringkat antarabangsa tapi juga membuka mata ramai tentang negeri Sabah.

Menjejakkan kaki ke dalam rumah ini, anda dapat melihat bemacam barangan antik seperti mesin menaip, pen, buku, barangan hiasan, perabotnya dan banyak lagi. Anda juga dapat melihat banyak foto lama serta info berkaitan keluarga Agnes dari tahun 1873 hinggalah 2004 (generasi Keith terkini). Artifak perang turut dapat dilihat dipamerkan di sini.
