Job Description:
✅Welcome and assist arriving guests during check-in and transactions.
✅Provide guidance to guests for homestay check-in through phone calls.
✅Coordinate tasks between housekeeping and maintenance teams.
✅Analyze financial operations, propose improvements, and enhance business efficiency.
✅Provide 24/7 remote guest support, earning commissions.
Requirements:
✅Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
✅Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
✅Prior experience in hospitality and guest services is a plus.
✅Flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule.
