Our Eastern Express Expedition entails a hike in Danum Valley to find the ancient tribal burial site coffin.
Some of these coffins were perched off cliffs and side of mountains and others are hidden in caves.

What’s a guided expedition? Why a guided expedition? I mean, self drive is the in thing right? Yes and no. Especially for a place like Borneo. What you research online may put you in circles, and back to some usual tourist locations. Documentation and mapping are not as detailed or information available as more established β€œroad trip destinations”.
The capability of the vehicle and how far you can go while staying safe. It’s nothing like a guided tour, where locals bring you to their playground and show you how and where to enjoy the best of our backyard, in a safe and controlled way.
