Tapai Masterclass in progress.
There are a lot of negative connotations surrounding tradditional self brew liquor, as there are improper use and abuse.
But proper mastery of Tapai is an art in itself, it is essentially rice wine that is the same as those done in Taiwan. Tapai is a very intergral culture of the Dusun-Kadazan people and tradition of Sabah.
Alcoholic percentage can range from about 6 to about 60%. Let us share and immense you in the flavours of the people.

The Tapai Masterclass is part of all our Overland trips and will be a Masterclass workshop after dinner on one of the camping nights.
