THE GARDENS BUNDUSAN DESIGNER PACKAGE LAUNCHED!

Hi everyone! Here's our designer packages for The Gardens Bundusan!

With basic package RM 15,880, essentials package RM 29,445 and complete package RM 36,477 included electrical appliances such as 40' TV, which all the tenants need is just bring their luggage in.

The Gardens is going to complete soon by July. It will be busy months ahead for investors to put their units up into the market as it is total 500 units for the market to digest.

Some investors will rent out their unit with minimum rental asap. Some will just forced to left it there empty as the minimum rental is just too low to accept.

These happen because when you're offering what everyone else is offering, it basically becomes a commodity and most tenants will rely on pricing to make their choices. It'd be tough to compete if your unit isn't different from the standard market offers.
