Kamu tau ka di Sabah ni ada satu tumbuhan yang di panggil ‘Pokok Ajaib’ ? 🤔✨

Tumbuhan herba yang semakin terkenal di Sabah – Pokok Moringa atau sering juga dipanggil Kelor. Untuk pengetahuan kamu, tumbuhan ini sudah lama dijadikan sebagai bahan ubatan penting di India. Tidak perlu jauh-jauh ke India.. di sini Riverbug Linsuk Farm (Kiulu) pun ada! 😍

Apa kebaikan tumbuhan ini?

- Meningkatkan system imun badan.
- Membantu mengawal paras gula dalam darah bagi pesakit diabetes.
- Mengurangkan kolesterol.
- Meningkatkan Kesihatan penghadaman.
.Dan banyak lagi..

Hampir semua bahagian dari tumbuhan ini kaya dengan vitamin, mineral dan antioksidan!

Cara konsumsi:
1. Daun kering moringa boleh direndam dalam air panas selama 5-10 minit untuk membuat teh herba.
2. Daun moringa boleh dimasukkan ke dalam sup seperti sup ayam atau sayur. Masak hingga lembut untuk rasa yang sedap dan berkhasiat.
3. Daunnya juga boleh dimasak seperti sayur hijau lain. Tumis dengan bawang putih dan sedikit minyak untuk hidangan ringkas.

Here’s the deal: strap on your life jacket and helmet, listen to the guide (they’re the boss!), and make sure you’re not partying with alcohol before hitting the water.
