Welcome to Harrington Court Luyang, KK, and JJ Homes @ Marina Court.

We are delight to introduce our newly renovated Harrington Court Unit 3 to you.

We are giving an introduction promotion rate of RM300 pernight (minimum 2 night stay) This rate is valid for check-in between 01 August 2024 until 30 November 2024. Our normal off peak rate is RM350 pernight.

A 3 bedroom apartment suitable to sleep for 9 guest and more. Our apartment size around 2000sqft, with 2 bathroom, toiletries, dry and wet kitchen with complete cookware and kitchenware. 300 mbps Maxis fibre internet. TV box, washing machine, Air conditioned for all our 3 bedrooms and dinning/lounge room. All bedroom come with it own balcony and a large balcony at the lounge room. We got no limit of number of car you bring. We got plenty of car park space in our car poach or along the driveway inside of our secure property.

We are under 5km away from the KK city center, take about 5-10 minutes drive to the city (subject to the traffic of the day). We are under 5 mins walking to the local convention store, supermarket, cafe, restaurant,. The famous Luyang restaurant (famous of it crab), Wong Kok dimsum and many other restaurant.

In this Christmas, We would like to introduce you to our new Harington Court studio unit.

suitable for 1 to 3 guest. (with extra mattress and pillow included in the room) with a new 1.5 hp Panasonic inverted air conditioner. A small kitchen to cook your light meal, ensuite bathroom and shower.

(toilet bidget, hose and shower with water heater are included inside the studio room. No sharing with other guest.)

In Our studio room we have a fast Maxis fibre Internet connection. We have Long Tv (TV box) with a big collection of movies or drama to choose from. Free of charge. (can have a marathon movie night )

Other Amenities like bath towel, toiletries, bath gel are also included.

Have plenty of parking space. Don't have to worry of parking problem.

A huge 5000 gallon of backup water storage so no worry of no water supply.

In this December we are selling at
1-2 nights pernight.
3-4 nights pernight.
