Coming from a profession of promoting, marketing & sales driven experiences, Chef Farah came into the culinary field simply because of the lack of choices of food for her loved ones after 19 years being in Kuala Lumpur. ly this passion transformed from cooking for close friends to be requested by the community to start selling and it all started from a road side tent only selling Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng Berempah Sambal Power “KL STYLE” to what is originally and still known as D’ JAYs Kitchen. This humble beginning has brought multiple experiences from Malaysia, South Sulawesi, Chennai, Pondicherry, Philippines, China, Europe, and South America and returns to Malaysia with loyal customers and testimonials who continuously support and promote the food she cooks which is the backbone to her drive. Among the many other successes, she has been invited to numerous local cooking media shows to educate on healthy and delicious cooking methods using organic own grown of over 150 signature recipes.
