Tour guide internship training is usually a practical course designed to cultivate tour guide skills. The training content usually includes:

1. Tour guide skills: learn how to explain the history, culture and scenery of tourist attractions to attract tourists' interest.

2. Communication skills: maintain good communication with tourists, understand their needs, and solve their questions or problems during the trip.

3. Emergency handling: how to stay calm when encountering emergencies, and take effective measures in time to ensure the safety of tourists.

4. Route planning and time management: learn how to design a reasonable tour route and ensure that the tour is completed on time.

5. Etiquette and service skills: improve service awareness, learn to respect tourists from different cultural backgrounds, and provide professional services.

6. Practical operation: lead a tour on the spot, accumulate practical experience and receive evaluation and feedback.

The government has once again opened 50 places for Malaysian citizens to participate in the tour guide course for free, open to people who are interested in the tourism industry.
