*Kurma Ajwa Aliyah Madinah Premium Quality [ THE GIFT ]*

“Wah, rupanya inilah kurma ajwa kegemaran Nabi tu. Tapi boleh tahan harga kurma ajwa ni… Kenapa mahal sangat ya?”

Buah kurma memang cukup sinonim dengan bulan Ramadhan yang mulia ini kerana adalah sunnah untuk dimakan ketika bersahur dan berbuka puasa.

Tapi apa agaknya kelebihan kurma ajwa hingga menjadikannya begitu mahal? Sebenarnya, terdapat beberapa kajian saintifik yang dilakukan untuk mencari kelebihan kurma ajwa.

Jom kita baca beberapa keunikan dan manfaatnya secara spesifik:

1. DISEBUT DALAM HADIS
Terdapat lebih 1400 jenis kurma di seluruh dunia namun kurma ajwa inilah yang pernah disebutkan secara spesifik dalam salah sebuah hadis sahih, iaitu:

Sa’ad radiallahu ‘anhu meriwayatkan Nabi sallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam bersabda:

مَنِ اصْطَبَحَ بِسَبْعِ تَمَرَاتٍ عَجْوَةٍ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمَ سَمٌّ وَلاَ سِحْرٌ
Sesiapa yang memakan tujuh biji kurma ‘Ajwah, tiada racun atau sihir dapat memudharatkannya pada hari itu.
[Sahih al-Bukhari, Kitab at-Thibb, Bab Syurb al-Sum…, hadis no: 5779].

Disebabkan hadis yang cukup popular ini, kurma ajwa mendapat permintaan yang cukup tinggi di seluruh dunia.

2. SUMBER ANTIOKSIDAN
Kurma ajwa mengandungi Flavonoid Glycosides yang membekalkan antioksidan kepada tubuh. Kajian oleh King Saud University mendapati kadar antioksidan ini setara dengan produk antioksidan yang terdapat di pasaran.

3. MELINDUNGI DARIPADA JANGKITAN
Antioksidan ini membantu melindungi tubuh kita daripada jangkitan, meningkatkan kesihatan jantung, serta bersifat anti-kanser.

Kurma ajwa juga didapati kaya dengan zat magnesium iaitu mineral yang penting sebagai anti-radang. Kurma ini juga secara spesifiknya mengandungi zat anti-radang yang tertinggi setanding dengan ubat-ubatan seperti aspirin dan ibuprofen!

4. KHASIAT UNTUK IBU MENAGDUNG & MENYUSU
Secara saintifiknya, Journal of Environmental & Analytical Toxicology juga mendapati bahawa kurma ajwa ini membantu ibu meningkatkan susu badan serta melindungi tubuh mereka daripada penyakit dan jangkitan.

Ia juga membantu ibu-ibu mencegah anemia oleh kerana kandungan zat besi yang tinggi.

5. LEBIH SESUAI DIMAKAN OLEH PESAKIT DIABETES
Uniknya kurma ajwa ini adalah kandungan gula yang terdapat di dalamnya hanyalah monosakarida, iaitu komposisi gula yang paling ringkas dan tak perlu diuraikan lagi.

Ini menjadikannya sesuai dimakan oleh pesakit diabetes type 2.

6. MELANCARKAN PENGHADAMAN
Bulan puasa ini memang mudah untuk kita terkena sembelit atau sukar menghadam makanan kerana kekurangan air pada siang hari dan waktu makan yang berubah.
