NOTICE FROM MAQIS ON CHANGE IN PERMIT APPLICATION PROCESS FOR FRESH &
FROZEN FISH AND FISH PRODUCTS

MAQIS has issued notice on the change in application process, verification and approval of import
and export permits for fresh and frozen fish and fish products as attached.

All permit application must be through the online system - ePermit - starting 1st January 2015
onwards.

Users are required to register with Dagang Net’s ePermit system to avoid any hassle during the
permit application. Registration can be done starting 16th December 2014.

Users are strongly advised to attend the awareness/roadshow program organises by MAQIS
Regional office. Pls contact MAQIS regional office for the details of the awareness/roadshows.

NOTICE ON TEMPORARY UNAVAILABILITY OF BANK ISLAM’S FPX PERSONAL ACCOUNT
(B2C) SERVICE AS BUYER BANK

Dear Mr President/Mr Chairman,

We wish to inform that Bank Islam's FPX Personal Account(B2C) service as Buyer Bank will
be temporary unavailable with effect from 8 December 2014 until April 2015. This is to
facilitate Bank Islam's system enhancement on the FPX B2C services to ensure
un-Interrupted customer experience.

Please find attached a circular from MYCLEAR on the above.

Bank Islam's participation will remain as Seller Bank for both FPX Personal Account(B2C)
& Corporate Account(B2B) services.

CORRECTION on implementation date of VALIDATION of TARIFF CODE for ZB4 FREE ZONE
DECLARATIONS in eDCFZ System at Port Klang Authority.

Dear Mr President/Mr Chairman,

Warmest greetings from Dagang Net Technologies Sdn Bhd.

We refer to our earlier announcement on the above dated 10th Nov 2014.

We wish to inform that it was erroneously stated that the date of implementation
of the Validation of Tariff Codes for ZB4 Free Zone declarations
as 1st January 2015.

The correct date of implementation is 1st Dec 2014.

We apologize for the error and sincerely regret any inconveniences that may have been caused.

All users are advised to ensure that your Front-end applications are updated for the validation.
Users are also advised to use valid and correct tariff codes for all Free Zone and Dangerous
Cargo declarations.

Please contact your application providers if you have not updated your Front- end applications.

VALIDATION of TARIFF CODE for ZB4 DECLARATIONS in FREE ZONE SYSTEM (eDCFZ) at Port Klang Authority

Port Klang Authority(PKA) has rescheduled the ZB4 DECLARATIONS in FREE ZONE SYSTEM (eDCFZ) to 1 January 2015.

All users are advised to use valid and correct tariff codes for Finished Goods in ZB4 DECLARATIONS to avoid rejection.

NOTICE OF MAYBANK-FPX SERVICE DISRUPTION

Dear Mr President/Mr Chairman,

Please be informed that Maybank’s M2U & M2E - FPX services (B2C & B2B)
are scheduled for revised operating hours of between 7.00AM – 5.00PM only for
every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) effective 15 November 2014 until
31 December 2014 due to Maybank’s scheduled FPX server maintenance.

Please find attached notice from MAYBANK for your reference.

As a result of MAYBANK-FPX service maintenance, there will be DNT-FSPG service
disruption as follows:

Date/Time : 5.00PM – 11.00PM for every weekend
(Saturday & Sunday) effective 15 November 2014
until 31 December 2014
