4 tips on how to take care of your teeth
1. Brush at least twice daily using fluoridated toothpaste;once in the morning before breakfast and once at night before sleeping.
2. Use floss at least once daily to remove food and plaque between teeth.

Mengapa perlu gosok gigi pada 3 nasa yang disebutkan di atas?
1) Pagi sebelum sarapan:
