At Dayak Home Cook Special, we serve authentic Dayak food with various flair of dayak cooking method. Our ingredients are obtained fresh from various local market around Kuching City. The famous Dayak delicacy which are the "Manok Pansuh" / "Babi Pansuh" / "Udang Pansuh" are some of the foods we serve here. The "Manok Pansuh" is chicken cooked in bamboo, mix with "daun ubi" (tapioca leaves) and "u

pa' tepus". Everyday we serve different types of Dayak food and the combination of food prepared are random. Visit us at Da-Light Food Court, King Centre. Our stall open from Monday till Saturday at 11:00am till 3:00pm.
