om 1, 2 and 3 is on the top floor and Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor. All rooms are fully air conditioned. This house has a gated car porch suitable for 1 car. More cars can be parked outside the compound. The living room is air conditioned, equipped with wifi, Astro NJOI and a smart TV that can access Youtube and Netflix. Dining area has a dining table for 6 pax. In the kitchen, we provide a water dispenser unit so guests can have easy access to drinking water and hot water. Kettle is also provided for boiling water. We also provide a microwave oven for easy reheat, a rice cooker and a fridge/freezer for food and drinks storage. A washing machine and laundry cubes are also provided. Guest will have the entire place to themselves and a contactless check ins and check outs whenever possible. A quiet and peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by nature. You will be surrounded by nature. Therefore, please be aware of monkeys passing by and swinging in the forest. They are generally harmless and afraid of humans. However, please DO NOT feed them!
