The company was established in April 1996 under the name of EKOMEGAH SDN BHD. And in the same year it was re-registered as EKOMEGAH HOLIDAYS SDN BHD. The company fully commences its operation in the same year 2006 after getting its KPL/LN licensed from Ministry Of Tourism. The company is also a registered member of Malaysia Association of Travel & Tour Agency (MATTA: 2326)

The company is currently based in Malaysia and has 5 sales & operations office throughout the country Kuching (Borneo), Kota Kinabalu (Borneo), Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi Island, Penang Island, Kuala Perlis, Kuala Kedah & Sarikei Town, North West of Sarawak.

The company is currently one of the most active tour operator in Penang, Langkawi & Kuching (Borneo). We also handle the ground arrangement for foreign and local travel agencies.
