All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by advance payment. You may also choose to do a bank transfer directly to our company account. Other payment options such as email or fax in credit card details are also acceptable. We will only charge your credit card upon arrival or in case of no show and last minute cancellations. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the arrival date as charges will be imposed for the first night if we are only notified in less than the required period. Check-in time is at 1400 hrs and the house are held until 2 pm on the day of arrival unless guaranteed by credit card payment or deposit. Check-out time is at 1200 hrs. Guests are required to settle their bills directly upon check-in. We do not accept personal cheques.
