During May 2024, I have touched on the topic of enhanced competition in the short term accommodation business by implementing ruinous pricing strategy either to survive or gain a greater share of the market by some of the Homestay Management Companies in Malacca. This practice is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessionalism because it’d caused property owners to suffer substantial losses.

Again, the best response to a price war is to dodge direct conflict through a variety of strategies. One of them is to differentiate our product offering from that of the lower cost competitor because a superior product or service like Amadel® has a better position to preserve its pricing power. We will stay in the course, focus on our strengths, and continue doing the best to our customers.

Most importantly, it is a fruitful journey in YE2024 that demands unwavering dedication, meticulous attention to detail, and indomitable determination to upholding standards.
