Job Responsibilities:
โœ… Handle reservations, ticketing re-issuance, refunds, hotel bookings, visa applications, and quotations.
โœ… Stay updated on airfares, airline schedules, travel regulations, and visa requirements through GDS, ground partners, suppliers, and embassies.
โœ… Provide professional customer service and attend to clients' expectations.
โœ… Track and monitor booking requests and ensure no cases are overlooked.
โœ… Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel ๐ŸŒ, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience in the corporate travel industry.

Responsibilities include:
