澄清启事：

本别墅在2/8/2020- 7/8/2020，当地区因水管破裂而导致自来水供应中断。然而我们在4/8已安排了水车和四个后备大水箱来保持水的供应，而2/8（星期天）至4/8 （星期二）的顾客我们只能依靠原有在屋顶的四个大水箱给于水供，也在这两天，我们很努力和积极的接洽水务局给于水车供水以及购买后备水箱。对于在这期间入住的顾客，我们对于这件很不幸的意外深感遗憾，如有不便之处，我们致于歉意(以下附于一些水管破裂，水车供水和后备水箱的照片以供参考)。

Notice of Declaration :

We hereby declare that our villa has encountered water disruption from 2/8/2020 to 7/8/2020. This is due to the main water paip failure at Rainforest Sanctuary area. However we have contacted PAIP (Pahang water department ) to provide water tanker supply , at the same time , we do arrange four extra water tank to received water supply from water tanker . All these measures have been in place on 4/8/2020 , unfortunately from 2/8/2020 (Sunday) to 4/8/2020 (Tuesday) we have no choice but have to rely on the 4 existing roof top water tank for supplying the water to our customer . Hence we are deeply sorry for the unfortunate incidence happened and any inconvenience caused to the customer during this period of time (Below are photos attached for reference ).
