The social business is to provide information on best available healthcare centers within Malaysia while adding arranged tour, transport and booking services for people visiting Malaysia.

These activities includes, visitation to local cottage industry such as nutmeg factory, batik factory, cooking classes and botanical gardens. Besides, present travelers are seeking for thrill, adventurous, heritage and cultural tour experience. Due to economic conditions on foreign lands, has given rise to present travelers seeking for budgeted and low cost destinations. Malaysia a nation of multicultural races, situated strategically in the hearts of South East Asia, and soon to be Asia’s travel transit hub heaven for both east and west. An ideal place with friendly climate and warm hospitality by its population had been chosen and admired by many as “Truly Asia”. The recent tourism development by Malaysia’s government is the investment in Medical Tourism. The forming of Healthcare and Travel Council (MHTC) is to align with the vision of Malaysia’s Government by year 2020 to promote Medical tourism as the next trend. The whole eco system for medical tourism requires primary infrastructure and several major players such as Healthcare Centers, Transportation, Lodging, Food and Beverage and Tour Agencies. The secondary players which provide support include small medium local business (handicraft, spa and massage treatments), Malaysia My Second Home Program and tour locations. However, some people who may not be able to travel because of certain illness and/or physical disabilities, despite a handful of some are healthy. These “disabilities” had resulted in their unwillingly to travel with their families as a “whole” worrying of being a burden to them. There could be solution to turn problem into opportunity such as providing visual aids devices and enhance medical patient’s experience through utilizing of advance technology. These will minimize their physical movements but increase their capabilities of travel. Despite the initial high capital is needed to support the entire idea, long term investment will yield promising results. Moreover, flexible tour services will be more affordable for customers at low to medium charges and also increase value satisfaction with personalized tour activities. Technology could also be utilized on providing timely information relating to healthcare centers, assist in enhancing tour services and allow pre-arranged tour before arrival. Besides social community engagement, is achievable during visitation to local cottage industry.
