Engineers Transitioning to Managers and Leaders - 3 Critical Mindset Changes

Manufacturing Industries particularly Semiconductor Companies have a vigorous upward movement of Talent in their pursuit of growth and expansion. In the process they need to bump up Engineers to Managers. Often it is the High Individual Contributors who are promoted to Managers and have to assume Leadership Roles. As customary they either have an internal Leadership Development Program or engage external trainers. Integrity is so important. In fact generally Managers and Leaders do not realize they have dropped integrity point when they say something but do something else. Often Managers make mistakes yet they do not own up to it and apologize. Our Mind is not a simple entity. Just as our Body is made up of many components like organs, muscles, bones, tissues et our mind too has many different parts.
