Job Description
Responsibilities:
During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
1. Support team in daily operations such as recruitment, onboarding, and record keeping.
2. Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
3. Coordinate intern programs and support training initiatives.
4. Assist in system administration tasks such as user account management.
5. Maintain and update employee records and databases.
6. Provide data analysis and reports.
7. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the team.
Requirements:
- Candidates with a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field are eligible.
- Requirements with minimum 3 or 6 months period of internship September 2024 onwards.
- Fluent in written and spoken Malay or basic English with strong communication skills, Result oriented, decision-making competence, aptitude for planning and organization, communication skills, team player, interpersonal skill.
- Possess strong honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Putrajaya
