这期间都憋了好久吧？
好，就来个有意识的Staycation，或者来个身心灵的旅行吧!

1.住宿- 选择密度较低的地方住
离市中心不远，但又不会好多游客或人潮人来人往的住处。最佳选择就是住民宿。尤其是排屋式、半独立式或者独立式。同一排屋子应该不会出现好多家民宿，因此可以避免接触人潮。

2.景点-选择看见宽阔的地方
选择较开阔的景点，即使人多还可以保持距离。可以选择大自然的地方、公园、山林等。也可以选择有导览员设计好路线，可避免人潮汹涌或群居。

3.餐饮或礼品-使用外卖服务
如果对在店内用有信心，可以考虑内用。如果不想内用，可选择外卖服务在民宿用餐。最重要要保持地方懂得整洁就好哦！礼品方面可以查阅看看哪家礼品店有做外带服务，可以选择外带服务。以上如店家允可，先电话预约为佳。记得不要爽单，不负责任就好。

4.卫生与健康
如有老人与小孩就避免到外接触人群，不舒服或不适也避免出门。记录自己旅游史，自行量体温，勤洗手&戴口罩。保持身心开朗。若不幸，发现异常，立即到附近政府医疗中心做检验，如实报告行踪。旅游前后都注意每日有关疫情的新闻。
（温馨提醒：提高自身免疫，多蔬果，摄取vitamin c，多运动）
