Happy World Animal Day 2024. The theme for this year ‘ The World Is Their Home..’ is a powerful call for all of us to recognise the rights of animals, whether they are roaming freely in the wilderness or wandering the streets as strays.

Cute littel silver leaf monkey baby at one of Sandakan top spot for Proboscis Monkey. Silver leaf monkey babies, known as infants or juveniles, are incredibly adorable! Like adult silver leaf monkeys, the babies have a striking appearance with their silvery-grey fur and dark faces. When born, these infants have a bright orange or yellowish fur, which gradually changes to the adult coloration as they grow older. They rely heavily on their mothers for care and protection, often riding on their mother's back or clinging to them as they move through the trees. Baby silver leaf monkeys are playful and curious, learning essential skills from their parents and other group members as they develop.
