496 Homestay is located at the central of Segamat which is near to bus/train station, supermarket, and restaurants.

The facilities provided in 496 Homestay are :-
-4 Rooms (Air conditioner provided in each room)
-4 Bath Rooms (Water heater provided)
-2 Living Rooms (Astro, Television, Air conditioner provided)
-Dinning Room (Refrigerator provided)
-Garden
-Covered parking lots

This homestay is suitable for:-
-families / friends reunion
-wedding
-party
and so on
