Please don't book this hotel.
They are very racist. Besides, more privileges given to Singaporean than Malaysian. We have booked this hotel a month ago yet we are given 7th floor which has no lift. Our group consists more elderly people but this people at the counter being very inconsiderate n don't want to change the rooms.
