Job Description – HR Officer/HR Assistant
• To assist the Human Resource Executive in the full spectrum of human resources & administration management and related functions;
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential;
• Assist to plan, execute and follow-up on all recruitment activities;
• Assist in preparing related letters and documentation;
• To assist in performing daily admin functions;
• Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, equipment inventory and storage;
• Assist to conduct orientation/ introduction for new employee;
• Assist to organise employee community & recreational activities;
• Processes and handle documentation such as routine reports, insurance policies & claims etc;
• Data entry, filing, photocopying mailing of documents;
• Maintain employee and general files;
• Maintain department files;
• To assist in leave record management;
• To assist in handling incoming and outgoing calls;
• Assist in other human resources & administration functions as and when required;
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time;
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
• Preferably candidates with minimum 1-2 years related working experience
• An eye for details and is meticulous at all times with highly committed positive work attitude
• Independent to plan and carry out assigned duties diligently
• Able to handle multitasking and pressure well
