Job Description – HR Officer/HR Assistant

• To assist the Human Resource Executive in the full spectrum of human resources & administration management and related functions;
• Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential;
• Assist to plan, execute and follow-up on all recruitment activities;
• Assist in preparing related letters and documentation;
• To assist in performing daily admin functions;
• Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, equipment inventory and storage;
• Assist to conduct orientation/ introduction for new employee;

Job Description – Finance & Admin Executive
1.0 Day to day function
1.1 Payables Management
• Timely and accurate payment processing through ensuring compliance to company’s policies and procedures including:-
a) Payment to vendors;
b) Expenses claim review;
c) Payment to internal staff.
1.2 Receivables Management
• To review the collection progress;
1.3 Fixed Assets Management
• Monitor proper management of company’s assets including inventories and fixed assets;
• Timely maintenance of assets register and perform asset tagging on new assets;
• Accurate recording of purchase and capitalisation of fixed assets.
1.4 Month end closing
• Support for month-end closing;
• Perform bank reconciliation;
• Accurate data entries;
• To ensure all the document are properly filed;
• Performs any related task as directed by the superior from time to time;
• Liaison officer with auditor and tax agent.
1.5 Treasury Management
• Preparation of payment voucher;
• Weekly update on manual payment listing.

PROMOTION ANNOUCEMENT

Ladies and Gentlemen:

We are very pleased to announce the promotion of Mr Rosman Sani bin Zakaria, Head of Operation in the Operation Division as the new Chief Operating Officer of Skyvax Sdn Bhd, starting January 01,2021. He will be reporting to Skyvax CEO, Madam Rusilawati binti Mohd Noor.

Rosman has been with the company for 8 years, which were spent performing critical operational task, including marketing and sales functions where he excelled and demonstrated impeccable skills and knowledge. His knack for establishing linkages and strengthening the operational matters and customer relations showed his great potential in a position that will utilize his skills more.

As Chief Operating Officer of the company, Rosman will no doubt carry out his new duties with the same level of integrity and competence he has been demonstrating in the past. His focus as he takes on this new role are to spearhead the overall day to day operation of the company and overseeing Training and Engineering department too. He will also be given the heavy responsibility of achieving Skyvax’s sales and marketing yearly target.

Let us all congratulate Rosman for his promotion, which is definitely well-deserved. Let us also wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.

- Conducts Cabin Crew Preparation Course
- Able to conducts initial, recurrent and the Senior Cabin Crew promotion course.
- Responsible for the instructional design of training courses, including their delivery, development, regulatory compliance, standards, remedial, devices and training material and delivering feedback on the effectiveness of the course material to the Manager of Cabin Crew Training and Standards.
- Able to conducts training and check flights as required and to the standards set by authority.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/STPM or equivalent.
- min 3 years’ experience in a training role, within the airline industry.
- Previous Cabin Crew line operational experience, preferably in a Senior role.
- Recognised relevant qualification in Training (Train the Trainer), including experience in course design.
- Holds an instructor qualification in Cabin Crew CRM, Aviation Security, Dangerous Goods and Aviation Medicine is an added advantage.

Today, we have Ad-Hoc Operation and Sales Meeting with the Board of Directors, CEO, CFO, COO, CCO, SVP Ops, both Head of Sales and Student Welfare Manager in the morning.

We at Skyvax committed to all our stakeholders that during this tough moment, we've taken all necessaries steps to assist all of our students in Prague/Hradec Kralove and facing the current lockdown period while abiding by the Czech govt measurements towards COVID-19 pandemic.

To all future cadet /students, we still open and accept the applications. At the moment, the only thing that beyond our control is the visa application at the Czech embassy in KL. They are closed in line with the MCO instruction by the government of Malaysia.

Other than that, our Sales Team are really honoured to serve you even though thru phone, WhatsApp or even Skype briefing session.

Dear All,

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Izuan Talib as the Group Chief Commercial Officer of Skyvax Group of Companies. Mr Izuan, currently hold the position of Chief Operating Officer of Skyvax Intelligence Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Skyvax Sdn Bhd since 2016. He will report directly to Mr Nashrie Akil, Founder/Commander-In-Chief/Group CEO of Skyvax Group and also to the Board of Directors.

He is also sitting on board of Detik Arena Sdn Bhd, a leading local freight forwarding and logistic company as a Board of Director. He brings in long sales and marketing experience from his position in Detik Arena Sdn Bhd and Skyvax Intelligence Sdn Bhd. Previously, Mr Izuan started his executive career in transportation industry with United Arab Shipping Company (UASC).

Mr. Izuan holds a Bachelor Degree Business Administration (Transport) with Honours from University Teknologi MARA. He is also a member of Chartered Institute of Transport as well as a member of Airfreight Forwarders Association of Malaysia (AFAM) and SLFAA.

In this position, Mr. Izuan will provide strategic and managerial leadership to the Group Commercial division to deliver on the following top three priorities:
(i) implementation of the Sales, Marketing and Business Development strategy and follow up action plans;
(ii) strategic leadership of the Skyvax Group commercial sector, including a focus on portfolio quality and product knowledge management; and
(iii) strengthening the strategic partnerships with key aviation and aerospace player in global market.

Mr. Izuan has been selected by the Board Members and internal/external competitive Managerial Selection process. His appointment is effective , December 1, 2019.

As a Group Chief Commercial Officer, Mr Izuan will no doubt carry out his new duties with the same level of integrity and competence he has been demonstrating in the past. His focus as he takes on this new role is to spearhead the creation of sales and marketing plans for all Skyvax Group companies. He will also be given the heavy responsibility of managing marketing strategy and also the business development for the company.
