The performance of ECMs projects are very dependent on M&V activities. Several protocols have been introduced as a guideline to describe common practice in measuring, computing and reporting energy saving at end user facilities. it period. A simple comparison of the utility cost without such adjustment fails to report the truth performance of the ECMs project. Therefore it is the aim of this course to provide a training and knowledge on how M&V activities should be conducted and how to properly report savings.
