Who needs a café when you have your kitchen? Try this mocha ice cream recipe with our GOLD ROAST 3IN1 COFFEEMIX.
Ingredients
1 sachet of GOLD ROAST 3IN1 COFFEEMIX
1/4 cup of hot water
2 cups (480ml) heavy cream
300g/ ¾ can of sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup (25g) cocoa powder
1 cup (175g) dark chocolate, finely chopped
Steps
1. In a small bowl, dissolve 1 sachet of GOLD ROAST 3IN1 COFFEEMIX in 1/4 cup (60ml) of hot water. Set aside.
2. Using a handheld or stand mixer, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
3. Add the condensed milk, coffee mixture, and cocoa powder, and whisk in until fully combined. Fold in the chocolate.
4. Pour the mixture into a 9x5-inch loaf pan, and cover tightly. Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or overnight before serving.

Ingredients
1 sachet of Gold Roast 3in1 Teh Tarik
1 ½ cup of Hot water
Desired amount of quick-cooking tapioca pearls
Desired amount of ice cubes
Steps
1. Add one sachet of Gold Roast 3in1 Teh Tarik in a glass of hot water and keep aside.
2. Cook tapioca pearls (boba) for 5-7 minutes in boiling water (they should float on top and have a chewy texture). Then, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process and transfer to a clean bowl.
3. Add the cooked boba in a glass and top with ice. Pour your already prepared Gold Roast 3in1 Teh Tarik in the glass. Mix well with large boba straws and enjoy!

Ingredient:
1. 60ml or 4 tbsp of Gold Roast instant coffee powder
2. 60ml or 4 tbsp of sugar
3. 60ml or 4 tbsp of boiling water
4. ⅔ glass of milk (either hot or cold at own preference)
Method:
1. In a bowl, combine Gold Roast Instant Coffee Powder, sugar and boiling water.
2. Use a stick blender with whisk attachment or electric whisk, beat until it has become foamy, trebled in volume and is a beautiful caramel colour.
3. Pour chosen temperature of milk to fill ⅔ of a glass.
4. Spoon the coffee mousse over the milk to fill the glass and ready to be serve.

2 tablespoons Gold Roast 3 in 1 instant coffee powder
1 and 1/2 cups (187g) plain/all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 large egg
1/2 cup (100g) caster/granulated sugar
1/4 cup (60ml) buttermilk*
1/4 cup (60ml) vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ingredient for Glaze:
1/4 cup (60ml) warm milk
1 tablespoon Gold Roast 3 in 1 instant coffee powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 and 1/4 cups (281g) icing/powdered sugar
Instruction for Doughnuts:
1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6. Grease a doughnut pan, and set aside
2. In a small bowl or jug, dissolve the Gold Roast 3 in 1 instant coffee powder in 1/4 cup (60ml) of hot water. Set aside.
3. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
4. In a separate large bowl, whisk together the egg and sugar until combined. Add the buttermilk, oil, vanilla, and coffee, and whisk until combined.
5. Add the dry ingredients, and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
6. Spoon the batter into the prepared doughnut pan, filling almost to the top. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7. Allow to cool for 5 - 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Instruction for Glaze:
1. Add the Gold Roast 3 in 1 instant coffee powder and vanilla to the warm milk and whisk until smooth and combined. Add the icing sugar, and mix until completely smooth and combined.
2. Dip each doughnut into the glaze, and leave to set on the wire rack.

Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp. Gold Roast instant coffee powder
2 cups heavy cream
1.14 oz can of condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Finely chopped dark chocolate
Instructions:
1. Pour 2-3 tbsp of Gold Roast instant coffee powder and 2 cups of heavy cream into a bowl.
2. Mix together until the instant coffee is dissolved and the heavy cream forms stiff peaks (meaning when you lift your whisk or be**er, the cream peaks stand straight and holds its shape).
3. In a separate bowl, combine one can of condensed milk with 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
4. Take the whipped cream and gently fold it into the condensed milk and vanilla extract mixture until both mixtures are incorporated.
5. If desired, fold in some finely chopped dark chocolate.
6. Place into freezer for 6 hours.
7. Once frozen, scoop and enjoy!

Cupcake Ingredients
140g golden caster sugar
140g butter , softened
3 large eggs
140g self-raising flour
2 sachets of Gold Roast 3-in- 1 coffeemix with 1 tbsp water
Icing
200g butter , softened
200g icing sugar
(Optional)
1-2 drops of orange food coloring
Kisses chocolate
Oreo cookies
Instructions
1. Pre heat oven to 170C/150C fan.
2. Line 18 holes in 2 bun tins with fairy cake cases.
3.Beat the sugar with the butter until light and creamy.
4. Beat in the eggs, one by one, adding 1 tbsp flour at the same time.
5. Beat in the rest of the flour along with the espresso.
6. Spoon into the cake cases and bake for 17 mins, swapping the trays after 12 mins. 7. Cool on a wire rack.
Deco Time!
1. Beat the butter until pale, then gradually beat in the icing sugar and lastly add food coloring of your choice.
2. When the cakes are completely cool, swirl the icing generously on top and decorate with kisses chocolate and oreo cookies 😋

Chocolate Fudgy Brownies Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Cooking spray
12 ounces semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate
8 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed light or dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 sachets Gold Roast 3-in-1 Coffeemix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat the oven to 350°F. Coat an 8x8-inch baking pan with cooking spray, then line with parchment paper so that it hangs over two sides of the pan.
2.Lightly coat the parchment with cooking spray.
Coarsely chop 12 ounces of semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate.
3.Place in a medium microwave-safe bowl and add 1 stick unsalted butter.
4. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is melted and smooth, about 1 minute and 30 seconds total.
5. Add 1/2 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, and whisk to combine.
6. Add 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and whisk to combine.
7. Place 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons instant coffee or espresso powder, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
8.Pour the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture and stir until just combined with no streaks of flour.
9.Transfer the batter to the baking pan and spread into an even layer.
10.Bake until a tester comes out with just a few crumbs, about 35 minutes.
11. Let cool 1 hour before removing the brownie slab from the pan and cutting.

Coffee Macarons Recipe
3 egg whites aged for 24-48 hours in the fridge and brought to room temperature
1/4 cup white sugar
2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp instant coffee
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips for filling
1 sachet Gold Roast 3 -in-1 instant coffee mix for filling
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream for filling
Instructions
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat eggs with granulated sugar until the mixture begins to rise and stiffen.
2. Sift powdered sugar and almond flour to remove any lumps.
3.Sift instant coffee into the almond flour/powdered sugar mixture. Stir to combine all ingredients together.
4.Stir the dry ingredients into the egg mixture with a spatula until just combined. Be cautious not to overmix.
5.Place piping bag into a tall cup to hold it straight. Stuff the macaron batter inside the piping bag, twisting the top to seal it inside.
6.Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Pipe thick circles of batter onto the baking sheet. Tap baking sheet at least 3 times on each side to rid the batter of any air bubbles. Allow the batter circles to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
7.Bake macarons at 300°F for 12-15 minutes. You'll know they're ready when they no longer stick to the parchment paper. Allow shells to cool to room temperature.
8.Place another pastry bag into a tall cup to hold it straight. Fill the bag with ganache. Pipe ganache onto one of the macron pieces and cover it with the other piece.
9.Keep macarons refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to serve.
