A project called CAI for MUET-CEFR Reading Sub-Skills by MyLinE Taskforce, funded by UTMSPACE has been awarded a 5-star rating for UTM Community Engagement. The project involves the use of computer-assisted instruction for self-access online practices for reading sub-skills as tested in MUET.

Attention to all ECS candidates Semester 1 2023/2024. This is your ECS Oral Interaction schedule. The PICs from your faculty should have already shared the groupings. Do refer to that document (if you are unsure, please approach your PIC). Please be sure that you are prepared on the date and session of your assessment.
You are kindly reminded to:
1) have already contact your group mates
2) check your devices (laptops, earphones/headphones, smartphones, etc.) and make sure they are working well before and on the day of the assessment. We recommend that you have back up devices as well.
3) station yourself where internet connection is the best on the day of the assessment.

P/s if you need to change your session due to an IMPORTANT reason, do email the concern and issue to your PIC and cc it to [email protected]. Please refer to the post below.

As briefed earlier, all non-official justifications to request for change of slot is not allowed/entertained. Non-official justifications include personal reasons such as attending Eid open houses, weddings, Eid visitation, vacation/travelling and etc. However, formal matters are accepted for a change of slot. For example, attending interview, medical reasons (doctor's appointment). These reasons must be accompanied with evidence. If you disregard this and continue to not attend your oral interaction slot, here are the repercussions:
1) This will have a direct impact on your graduation requirements (if you plan on graduating this semester)
2) Oral interaction assessments are only done with 3-4 members in a group.if you decide to not attend your slot and there is not enough candidates for this semester for your re-assessment, then you will need to re-take oral interaction next semester.

Mango float-the drinks and mango sticky rice-the dessert can be considered as viral foods among Malaysians at the moment. You can see both of these foods being sold at any food festivals around you or any food street sites. Due to their popularity, why don’t we have a closer look on mango which is the main ingredient of the food. Learning what the parts of mango are called would enrich our vocabulary, yes? However, we are not going into details, for this post, it’s just going to be the major parts of mango.
