【Autism Acceptance Campaign】aims to illuminate the world of individuals with autism together and let more people see them 👦

We will be hosting a charity food fair on the upcoming 27th of April.

練琴這件事~~(練琴不練，不如拉麵) 圖片為趣味搏君一笑！

＊練琴時間
每天8小時——【知名的演奏家】
每天4小時——【專業的演奏者】
每天2小時——【高級的愛好者】
每天半小時比不練強那麼一丟丟
《每週偶爾練半小時其實跟沒練一樣》

為什麼每天沒有練足半個小時以上等於沒練？

試想，一周內你只練了兩天的琴，而且每次練習30分鐘，那麼請不要告訴別人你學了一年的琴，其實你只學了52個小時！也就兩天多一點罷了！更何況，也許連30分鐘都練不上！

＊【肌肉記憶 】(Muscle memory)，等同【肌動學習】 (Motor Learning)，意思是指透過不斷重複動作以讓它進入記憶當中。當特定動作隨著時間重複進行時，它將會創建【長期的肌肉記憶】，最終讓動作可在幾乎無需意識的狀態下完成。這個過程可減少在進行動作時對注意力的需求，並使動作在記憶系統內實現最高的執行效率。許多日常活動中，也會發現肌肉記憶的例子，它們的共通點均是隨著練習而可獲得改善及自動化的動作，譬如是踩單車、以電腦輸入法打字、輸入密碼、演奏樂器、武術和跳舞等等。
大膽假設一個動作練習1個小時，也許3天內你不會忘，第4天可能就清零了！

＊學習有以下幾個階段
第一階段：有興趣
第二階段：沒興趣
第三階段：逼著學
第四階段：成習慣
第五階段：有興趣
第六階段：真熱愛
大部分家長在孩子第二階段時放棄了，而且理由相當充分：【孩子沒興趣了！】

＊請不要把尊重孩子變成遵從
許多父母越來越“尊重”孩子，這是一件好事，也代表著社會的進步。但過份強調從而矯枉過正下，【尊重實際上變成了遵從】。
不喜歡的事情那麼那麼多，能不能都不做？
任何一件事情如果做個一兩遍就能做成並獲得成功，結果有兩種可能：
1.信心大增進而願意冒險探索與學習。
2.學習態度因此鬆散，很快受到挫折便不願意繼續學習。

《不喜歡》源自於《做不好》
很多孩子總說不喜歡，其實是因為做不好而心生退意。那麼身為家長有沒有問過孩子，為什麼不喜歡？

原因可能很簡單：
1.耽誤他玩
2.想自由放飛卻被無情管制
3.費腦力和體力
4.對未知事物的膽怯

說到底，前三點是人天生就自帶的惰性作祟，別說是孩子，大人也會這樣。
第四點的情況有可能是孩子面對陌生事物時啟動了自我保護意識。若真是這樣，家長更要鼓勵啊！
如果“因為不喜歡，那就不用嘗試，我們還是算了吧！”這樣很容易錯過培養孩子自信心和勇氣的契機！

＊彈琴不動腦 = 白練！
主要症狀：
演奏卡頓，調性錯，錯音多，指法錯，節奏錯，毫無任何音樂表現力。手上不肯慢，腦子跟不上。
藥方：
看清樂譜，分手練，慢練。

＊彈琴拖延 = 白練！
主要症狀：
今天不想練琴…想喝水...頭暈…我肚子痛...我還有作業沒有寫完...我今天手指脫皮了...
藥方：
制定每天的固定練習時間，全勤的話設置獎勵，拖欠時間沒有達標，也有相應處罰。

鋼琴學習不分專業與業餘，只分【投入量的不同】與【學習目的不同】。「為學日益」是說向外追求學問，通過學習獲得技術與知識，要不斷地豐滿完善、才能做到精益求精。
