Happy Thursday my lovely fans!
Coming 1st April and 4th April 2023 are my last guests that have made bookings at My Little Garden Home homestay.

After much consideration, today I have taken an initiative with decision to stop taking any future booking hereof after 4/4/23.

I thank all my guests that had checked into my homestay from November 2021 till April 4th 2023. In my 16 months in business I have met many beautiful people that checked in from various places. My experienced in this line of work was a memorable one.

Those that have called in to book for May and June 2023, my apology for I have to cancel your booking with notice to your WhatsApp.

Due to my coming plan for holidays, I can't keep up the place in tip top condition for any of my future precious guests if I will to take booking.

Finally the best option, and free myself committed, I am closing my homestay for personal interest now.

Thankful, appreciated and gratefulness.

My last group of guests check out today.
When everything else they cleaned up except these few bottles....
😂😂 What do you think of this arrangement? Frankly, I was in awe of this view. It gave you the feel that they had a good time here. (private, serenity, calmness and good ambience)

Updates:
Done filling up the pool today. Tap water flowed in a bit cloudy/murky, needed to run chlorine and filter system. Places all cleaned up for tomorrow group check in. Voila plants are happy too. 😊😍👍🙏🙏

Happy Friday!
Due to now rainy season, lot of rainwater added to the pool and next sunshine. Too much work to maintain it. Releasing the water this evening till my next group of guests arrive.

Rate adjustment per detail below:

Starting November 2022 and after a year running My Little Garden Home, Way of Life, I have to make adjustment to the staying rate per night according to the number of rooms book.

Rates as follow: ...

Per night stay /2pax/ per room.

1 room RM250.00
2 rooms RM450.00 (RM225/room)
3 rooms RM660.00 (RM220/room)
4 rooms RM840.00 (RM210/room)
5 rooms RM1025.00 (RM205/room)
6 rooms RM1200.00 (RM 200/room)

Group that booked 6 rooms but more than 12 pax is RM1500.00

Amenities at the homestay :
1)All rooms with air cond, water heater, shower room and toilet, basin, fan, TV, free WiFi, tv box, hair blower, electric kettle, cups & glasses and etc.
2)Swimming pool 10'x40' & a washroom, pool chairs and side tables.
3) Pantry for light cooking. Well equipped with pots and pans, electric bbq and steamboat, electric kettle, electric induction cooker, microwave oven, cutlery, big fridge, bar counter.
4) Sitting area in the garden and open air balcony with ceiling fan.
5) Water filter at public area
