HCL processes extensive experience and skills in the construction of specialised Plant Piping Systems, Process Tanks And Large Vertical Storage Tanks

including Related Electrical / Instrumentation, Leak Detection. We have done projects for Chemical Plant, Oil Refinery , Power Station, in Singapore and Malaysia.respectively

HCL is the in-house contractor of Overseas Manufacturing (J) Sdn. for Tank and Vessel fabrication in Singapore from Year 1992 to Year 2008.
