Keeping those reels screaming, one of our staple if not the staple of Mozambique, the Couta/Serra/Spanish mackeral. On top water, bait, jig, whatever, they always give us what we want. We are eternally grateful for everything these fish give us.

Yellowfin for dinner, these guys provide us with endless fun. Boxing way above their weight class, often engulfing anything in reach in one clean swallow. They are electric, aggressive and we love them.

Who doesnt love these aggressive guys? We certainly love them and everything they throw at us. A sign of a healthy reef is an abundance of these guys, and as such need to be conserved and looked after.

Fun with the boys! We have watched Luka go from solelybait fishing to Marlin wrangling in just a year or two. Ticking off plenty of species inbetween. Memmories like these make our jobs that much sweeter!

Letting the bad boy recover after he showed us what he was made of. Its important to ensure your GT's swim off strong so that they have the best chances of being able to tussle with you again. We are absolutely passionate about the conservation of these fish and the marine environment in general. This guy was caught on topwater, tagged with an tag and released to fight us another day and provide us with valuable information.

Epic to have these little blacks keeping the boys busy on the inside, hopefully a good sign for the future having all these juveniles around. There have been some big boys hooked of late too! Cam and Stu with one each for the mornings session. Mozambique is magical.

Stef jnr with a lit up little Greater Barracuda, these super resident fish provide us with endless fun close to home. They are an under-appreciated game fish, probably due to their pungent smell. They fight hard and are super ferocious, slashing the bait to pieces and mangling most lures.
