Bonita Do Mar.. ( Beautiful Sea ) is a lovely affordable holiday house encompassing a lot of local elements to ensure a unique vacationing experience in Barra - Inhambane Mozambique.

The house offers 2 double bedrooms with 1 large bathroom and dressing room, and another single bed to Accommodate 5 people

There is an equipped and fitted kitchen with double door fridge and freezer. The open plan kitchen looks over a large covered patio shaded by our local coconut palms and surrounded by a lush tropical garden. 🏝🌴🌵

The house is serviced by a local house boy who is able to tend to your every need and has a permanent night guard to ensure your peaceful sleep.

A short walk 30m down the dune with direct access to the beach from the house will have you soaking up the sun on the beach while watching the whales playing in the beautifully warm waters of the Indian Ocean during mating and birthing season.🏖🌊

There are a number of local restaurants and bars situated along the Barra coast all offering mouth watering local cuisine, all within walking distance from Bonita Da Mar. The all new amazing Tikibar at Shibumi lodge is only 35m from the house , they serve delicious foods and amazing cocktails 🍹🍻🍷

Come and enjoy our local attractions such as a Dow trip to Pansy Island to swim with the starfish or collect pansy shells. You can also visit Survivor Island for a tour of the local village and a lunch set out by the villagers. There are several local markets where you can buy your grocery essentials and fresh bread and pao are baked daily. Purified water ice in abundance from Amigos.

A trip to Tofu takes to truly authentic local markets and cafes serving sublime local street food and drink. While in Tofu be sure to book a diving course!

Directly off the beaches you can enjoy unspoiled snorkeling experiences and if you are a diver there are several excellent dive sites further off the coast line.
