The lion is a carnivore, does it mean that the lion does not need to add vitamins? In fact, the lion is still able to obtain vitamins by food supplement, and these vitamins are hidden in the stomach of the prey.
The internal organs of animals are the highest vitamin content, human cooking behavior It is easy to cause the loss of these nutrients, but for the lion, they are basically raw. If you only eat meat, don’t eat your internal organs, then the lion is really likely to lack vitamins. For lions, the intrusion of animals is a way to supplement the vitamins and minerals in the body.

The diet of golden eagles is composed primarily of small mammals such as rabbits, hares, ground squirrels, prairie dogs, and marmots. They also eat other birds (usually of medium size, such as gamebirds), reptiles, and fish in smaller numbers. Golden eagles occasionally capture large prey, including seals, ungulates, coyotes, and badgers. They have also been known to capture large flying birds such as geese or cranes. They have also been known to prey on other raptors, including owls and falcons.
In this footage a Golden eagle is hunting for chamois in the Italian Alps. He was too young & inexperienced so while aiming for the youngling, he accidentally caught the mother instead. The grown up chamois was far too heavy for the bird but by reflex, the claws got stuck & he couldn’t release himself while riding down the rock face on the chamois’ back.
The hunting success rate of golden eagles was calculated in Idaho, showing that, out of 115 hunting attempts, 20% were successful in procuring prey. A fully-grown golden eagle requires about 230 to 250 g (8.1 to 8.8 oz) of food per day but in the life of most eagles there are cycles of feast and famine, and eagles have been known to go without food for up to a week and then gorge on up to 900 g (2.0 lb) at one sitting

Painted wolves have developed a reputation as being highly efficient and ruthless predators. They are known for their ability to take down prey in a matter of minutes, often tearing it apart while it’s still alive.
Their predatory efficiency is due in part to their pack hunting behavior. Wild dogs hunt in groups and use their excellent coordination and communication skills to bring down larger prey. They are also known for their incredible stamina, allowing them to chase down prey for over an hour, cover great distances.
Once they have taken down their prey, wild dogs waste no time in consuming it. They eat quickly and voraciously, tearing apart the carcass while it’s still fresh. This ruthless behavior helps them to avoid losing their hard-earned meal to other predators in the area, such as lions, hyenas, and vultures, who are always on the lookout for an easy meal.
In addition to avoiding competition, eating quickly also helps wild dogs to reduce the risk of ingesting harmful bacteria that can grow on the carcass of their prey after it dies. By consuming the meat while it’s still fresh, wild dogs can reduce the risk of illness and continue to thrive in the wild.

Geckos are preyed upon by snakes in the tropical and subtropical regions of the world. One snake that thrives in these conditions, which also eats small lizards, is the Asian red-tailed rat snake. This snake might lie in wait for the gecko to be still, and then pounce quickly and snatch the lizard in its mouth. Other snakes, such as the African tree boa, will capture the gecko inside its tightly wrapped body and squeeze the lizard until it succumbs to suffocation.

Courage, Persistence and Endurance !! The warthogs live out on the savannah and they’re very quick – they would outrun lions in a straight race. If they’re being chased, the warthogs will often bolt off into one of their many burrows, usually old aardvark burrows or similar.
But if they were really hungry or feeling particularly tenacious or it was young ones who had been hunting, then they might try and dig the warthogs out.
The lions would then look incredibly frustrated at the loss of a meal and quite often they’d just give up and walk off. But if they were really hungry or feeling particularly tenacious or it was young ones who had been hunting, then they might try and dig the warthogs out. The warthogs go into the burrow backwards, and some have really serious tusks they will use to defend themselves, so the lions try and dig around the hole to force the warthog back out above ground where they might be able to catch them.

Follow👉 @bigcatsnamibia namibia Now !!! No Regrets !! Their ability to tear apart most animals — including lions or crocodiles is why the hippo is actually the most dangerous wild animal in the African savannah.
Not only will hippos fight each other—particularly when their areas are crowded and they have to compete for resources—but they will also charge anything that is perceived as a threat. This includes cattle grazing nearby or people either on land or even when in boats traveling along a river. Hippos can run a surprising 19 miles per hour (30 kilometers per hour) for short distances, so it isn’t easy to outrun one even on land. In the water, it can move at a speed of five miles per hour (eight kilometers per hour).
Anyone who gets inadvertently too close to a hippo, especially between the animal and the water, could easily trigger an attack.
Hippopotamuses are herbivories and rarely bother other animals. But males can become aggressive if they sense danger. Mothers may attack to protect their young. And nearly all hippos become nervous when something—or someone—stands between them and the water where they live.

The video isn’t the greatest (it was shot from the kitchen window of this man’s house) but you can clearly see that the python is trying to constrict one of them while the rest relentlessly attack the snake’s body.
Mongooses (mongeese?) are known for their strong social bonds and cooperative behavior, which often includes defending family members. They live in groups called “packs” or “mobs,” consisting of both males and females, and they work together to protect their territory, forage for food, and care for their young.
When faced with a threat, such as a snake or a predator, the group will band together and display a coordinated defense to protect their vulnerable members. Their fearlessness and cooperative behavior make mongooseseses a force to be reckoned with, and any predator that might be looking to snack on one of their family members will most likely have to deal with the rest of them as well.

Killer whales, or orcas, are highly intelligent and social animals. They train their young through a combination of imitation, social learning, and direct teaching. Here’s how they do it:
Young orcas learn by watching and mimicking the behavior of older, more experienced members of their pod, particularly their mothers. This includes hunting techniques, social behaviors, and vocalizations.
Orca calves engage in play, which often mimics hunting behavior. This play is crucial for developing the skills they will need as adults, such as chasing, catching, and manipulating prey.
Adult orcas sometimes catch prey and release it, allowing the young to practice hunting and handling live prey. This process can be repeated until the calf successfully captures and kills the prey on its own.
Young orcas learn their pod’s unique hunting strategies, vocalizations (dialects), and social norms through observation and participation in group activities. This includes learning how to cooperate with other pod members during hunts and other social behaviors.
Mothers play a central role in the calf’s upbringing, providing guidance and protection. Other pod members, such as aunts and older siblings, also contribute to the young orca’s education.
This combination of techniques ensures that the young orcas develop the necessary skills to survive and thrive in their environment.

African wildcats are active mainly by night and search for prey. Their hearing is so fine that they can locate prey precisely. They approach prey by patiently crawling forward and using vegetation to hide. They rarely drink water.[31] They hunt primarily mice, rats, birds, reptiles, and insects.[32][23]
When confronted, the African wildcat raises its hair to make itself seem larger in order to intimidate its opponent. In the daytime it usually hides in the bushes, although it is sometimes active on dark, cloudy days.
In West Africa, the African wildcat preys on rats, mice, gerbils, hares, small to medium-sized birds, including francolins, and lizards.
