Helicopters retain a substantial edge over fixed-wing crop-dusters in that they can load directly from a nurse truck adjacent to the spraying field, cutting down on operational expenses and turnaround time. They are also able to work with pin-point accuracy over small, irregularly-shaped fields, and areas surrounded by challenging obstacles such as power lines. Rotor wash also helps spread chemicals to the underside of plants where pests and fungus are usually located.

We were honoured to have been able to assist LifeLink Emergency Rescue Services with an emergency airlift today!!!

LifeLink and Heliworx completed a helicopter evacuation from Sesriem clinic on behalf of one of our prestige insurance clients today.
The patient was successfully airlifted to hospital with the round trip taking less time than would have taken a road ambulance just to reach the clinic from Walvis Bay.
