Airbnb tip - Respect

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" it is as simple as that. Respecting each other's time, property, security, culture and privacy. Hosts and guests who respect each other makes the Airbnb experience so much more rewarding.

A simple thing like respecting check-out time makes all the difference to the host and vice versa if the host doesn't let guests wait to check-in after the stated time.

Airbnb Tip - be honest

Honesty is the best policy. If you as a guest accidentally break something, be honest and report it immediately.

You will find a host appreciates it more than having to find out after you have checked out that a breakage has occurred.

We love an honest guest that reports breakage. During most visits we have zero breakages but once in a while a glass had just to much time in the dishwasher. It is all part of the experience.

A good host will inform their guests of issues affecting their stay as soon as they are aware of them.

Honest guests are always welcome back and this is applicable to the review process as well.

The community depends on honest reviews.
