ZEILA The Zeila Shipwreck is an offshore fishing vessel that ran aground in 2008. Namibiaโ€™s infamous โ€˜Skeleton Coastโ€™, also nicknamed the โ€œThe Land God Made in Angerโ€, and โ€œThe Gates of Hellโ€ is a desolate stretch of desert running right to the sea, where the cold Benguela current create strong currents, rough seas, and dense fogs. The latter in particular have been responsible for the thousand or so shipwrecks along the coast. A great photo-op, especially with the roosting birds that have taken up residence on it, the Zeila is a reminder of the power of nature at the โ€˜End of the Earthโ€™ where lions hunt seals and elephants wade through the surf.

This project aims to bring people together, from all walks of the world and try making a difference in the kidโ€™s life through school projects. Renate and Nande always had the idea of starting a project that will touch peopleโ€™s heart through the life changing project. We have currently establish a feeding scheme at Festus Gonteb primary school the benefits over 1000 kids through the morning meals. Mondesa School and Community Foundation is a direct support a non-profit organization designed to match community resources with the needs of public schools. The Foundation is dedicated to receive funding for programs through donations of stationery's, clothes, uniforms and having fun games. The Schools Foundation solicits funds through grants and/or private sources. These grants supplement to the education of the young children with the basic needs of education through the schools district, providing the means for wifi and schools, teachers to undertake special projects not supported through existing budgets and programs. The name of the school is Festus Gonteb Junior Primary School, which is 81 years old. About 1000 students from the age of 6 to 16 years, that means from first to 7th grade. After the 7th grade high school follows. Some of these children are from disadvantage homes. Their parents do have employment, but as they are at work, there is no one to look after them, when they come back from school. Often the fridge is empty because they can`t afford it. Due to this and not being taking care of at home, leads this to a poor performance at school.
