We’re thrilled to share that starting summer 2026, Edelweiss Air (WK) will launch non-stop seasonal flights between Zurich and Windhoek for the very first time!

🗓️ Flights will operate twice weekly — departing Zurich on Mondays and Fridays.

Position : Sales & Marketing Representative

Namibia Tracks & Trails is looking for the perfect candidate to join our Sales & Marketing team. The position is based at our headquarters in Swakopmund and requires travelling for sales and marketing activities.



Job Duties:

· Responsible for all sales and marketing administration duties

· Database maintenance

· Communicating with B2B clients

· Website and social media maintenance

· Assisting the Marketing Manager with daily duties

· Travel around Namibia and abroad to attend sales calls and trade shows



Requirements:

· Sales & Marketing experience

· Relevant Qualification or Prior experience in a similar role

· Fluency in English, German will be an advantage

· Sound knowledge of Namibian Tourism and Travel

· Strong admin skills

· Knowledge of tour operator software like Tourplan and Wetu would be of advantage

Receiving feedback like this from our clients, along with the beautiful images from Ozondjou Trails, Elephant song, Malansrus tented camp and the desert elephants 🐘🐘 brings us so much joy.

‘We would like to commend you for the excellent reception, service and professional staff at the following camps we visited at the end of May 2025.
At Elephant Song we where welcomed and looked after by Magnus and Titus, really professional, the camp was neat and tidy, great Elephant sitings we stayed on for an extra day.
Visiting Malansrus and meeting Sydney was another brilliant experience, he was helpful, very professional, and quite convincing at directing us to our next destination being Ozondjou.
At Ozondjou we were once again treated in an utterly professional way, Rudi knew exactly how to make one feel at home. Meeting the team with Jackson was another highlight, the dinner that was served the evening was one of the best we had in along time! Our compliments to the Chef! Our accommodation at Ozondjou exceeded all expectations. The Pool was a welcome highlight to cool off in after a day of gravel travel.

To all involved that made our stays at the Tracks & Trails Camps a memorable experience a huge thank you!
We will most surely return and would recommend the camps without a moments hesitation’. ✨
